If you’re continuing to make healthy choices over the festive season, then these little treats are perfect for you.They are a great way to satisfy that craving for something sweet, without having to reach for the tin of chocolates. They went down pretty well as a little treat at the end of our Circuit Sweat class in Chislehurst/ Sidcup too!
Festive Chocolate Brownie Bites (Makes around 30)
60g (3 scoops) Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder (or substitute with more ground almonds)
2 Tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter (can omit for allergies)
50g Ground Almonds
60g Cocoa Powder
100ml Almond/ Coconut/ Cows Milk
Add all of the ingredients (apart from the Milk) to a food processor and blitz until the mixture becomes a fine crumb.
Slowly add the milk until the mixture has bound together into a dough (you may not need all of the milk).
Take small bite sized pieces of the dough and roll into balls between your palms.
Chill until firmed up a little.
Serve with your favourite festive drink!
