JDV Quick FHiiT – Mondays 7.15-8pm – £7 per session

This is a forty minute class based on Tabata-style training. It incorporates high intensity interval training with short rest periods – designed to push you hard and achieve maximum fitness results. Fun, effective sessions which will boost your metabolism for hours after the session!

Boxercise Classes – Saturdays 9.30-10.30am – £7 per session

Ever fancied putting on some gloves and giving boxing a go? Our Boxercise classes use boxing techniques in a fun, stress-busting group session. Participants use pads and gloves (all provided) for an energetic workout which improves overall fitness levels as well as hand-eye co-ordination, balance and core strength.
