Quick Fhiit – Monthly Membership – £25

Quick Fhiit monthly membership gives you access to 18 different group fitness sessions every week. Including Spin, Circuits, Boxercise and Tabata. All our sessions are delivered by qualified personal trainers and are designed to deliver maximum results as efficiently as possible. Sessions are typically 25 minutes – 40 minutes long and you can attend as many sessions as you like each week!

Boxercise Classes – Saturdays 9.30 – 10.30am 

Ever fancied putting on some gloves and giving boxing a go? Our Boxercise classes use boxing techniques in a fun, stress-busting group session. Participants use pads and gloves (all provided) for an energetic workout which improves overall fitness levels as well as hand-eye co-ordination, balance and core strength.

Saturday Boxercise Classes are available as part of the monthly Quick Fhiit Membership package or as a stand alone drop in class at £7 per session.

Quick Fhiit sessions and Boxercise Classes take place at The Beaverwood Club, Beaverwood Road, Chislehurst BR7 6HF

We love working with dedicated clients helping them achieve fat loss and body conditioning – but we can’t work with all our clients face to face so we’ve put together an online fitness coaching programme, offering you all the expertise and guidance of personal training, in the comfort of your own home or for you to use at your current gym.

No over complicated, intimidating dieting, no fads, no magic pills or weightloss teas – we will coach you for fat loss the REAL way – through nutrition and exercise – making daily changes that you can incorporate into your lifestyle and building your knowledge of training to achieve results for life. All we ask is a little commitment to the training sessions that we send you to help with fat loss and strengthening, and a willingness to make a few small lifestyle and nutrition changes that will help you achieve your goals.


  • Silver Online Coaching Package:
  • 30 minute initial consultation
  • Two – weekly at-home strength training session plans
  • Two – weekly at-home Hiit training session plans
  • Weekly email check-ins
  • 30 minute monthly Skype session
  • Nutrition advice and monitoring

£100 per month

  • Gold Online Coaching Package:

  • Three – weekly at-home strength training session plans
  • Three – weekly at-home Hiit training session plans
  • Weekly email check-ins
  • 20 minute weekly Skype sessions
  • Nutrition advice and monitoring

£150 per month


Individual training sessions will be tailored to your fitness goals and may include a mix of Cardiovascular and High Intensity Interval Training, Strength and Toning work, Core Conditioning, Kettlebells, Strap Training, Boxercise and much more!  All training is subject to health assessment.  Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information.
