What a great idea! We’ve devised a September Circuits Challenge – 14 days of mini circuits that are so achievable and perfect for fitting into our busy lifestyles.
All you need to do is follow us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to catch our daily circuit. We will post them in the evening so you have it ready to jump into first thing in the morning! Get that heart rate going, metabolism firing and keeping active every day.
