Spring has officially started! So a new season means a new challenge from Joie de Vivre – come and join in with our “Spring into Spring” challenge! Over the next 8 weeks we will be bringing you new workouts, weekly challenges, recipes, motivation and more to get you body beautiful and feeling confident for when the sunshine arrives.
For the next 8 weeks we want you to really push yourself, step out of your comfort zone and try something different. Here’s what we want you to commit to:
20-30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 3 times a week – this can include sprints or hills on a treadmill or running outside, spinning, rowing, tabata or follow one of our HIIT workouts
3 x Strength Training sessions every week (using your body or extra weights)
Cooking meals from scratch – this doesn’t mean complicated, time consuming recipes – just ditch the pre-packed, processed food and choose spring-inspired ingredients that are clean, lean and green!
