Hopefully you’re not finding it too difficult to make some healthy nutrition swaps in place of those little sweet treats and fatty snacks that creep into our daily routine and become regular habits before we know it! Maybe you’re swapping sweets for fruit (fresh or dried), eating a handful of nuts instead of a bag of crisps, or ditching sugary cereals for Greek yoghurt or scrambled eggs.
