My husband and I started training with Viv in April 2010. It was our first venture back into organised training since before we had children (aged 3 and 5 when we started). Viv was fantastic – she understood what level we were at and was always able to push us (without killing us) as we improved our fitness. Viv was really committed – at our home at 6am three mornings a week all through the year in sun, rain and even snow! During our time training with Viv, we both increased our overall fitness and health. I managed to lose 2 stone and got to the point of being able to run 8 miles comfortably which I had never done in my life. My daughter-in-law recommended Viv to me about three years ago. I suffer with arthritis and have had a hip replacement and I was finding it more and more difficult to stay active.
