If you’re feeling the cold this week, why not have a go at our High Intensity Tabata Workout – guaranteed to get your heart rate racing and your cheeks glowing! You don’t need any equipment, just grab a mat or a towel and a bottle of water and go!
Take a few minutes to get your muscles warmed up before you begin the workout – try some high knees, jogging on the spot and star jumps, anything that gets your muscles moving and increases your heart rate – then jump straight in – 20 seconds exercise, as hard as you can, followed by a 10 second breather for eight rounds. Then repeat!
